1
Another beautiful day in New Agadir and you are celebrating by taking part in a scavenger hunt created by Halcyon. He created the Demons & Darkness setting based on modern England known as "Poshington". It's good practice for pretending to be Death's Hand assassins, right? Halcyon appears and gives you the first clue, so it looks like you're off to a tea shop.
2
Everyone seems to be heading to one particular tea shop. Sam and Janine bicker about whether they should try to get to the front of the group, or stay in the middle. The woman inside must have the next clue, but Sam recognises her from the unfortunate incident with the goats. Unfortunately, she seems to have recognised you too, and turns you away. You're called over by Haliyah, who shares the clue with you. Sam thinks it must be leading you to the scrap yard outside the city. This sounds great, but Janine says she'd done recon there earlier and it was full of zombies. No one heading there is armed. You need to warn them!
3
You reach a crossway. Haliyah says it should put you in the way of the group heading to the scrapyard. It's oddly quiet there, but maybe the news of the zombies has spread so people are avoiding it. You hear zombie screams in the distance, so someone must have stumbled onto the undead. You should try drawing them away. Run!
4
You have explored the scrap yard, but haven't found any zombies yet. Janine notices that the zombie screams are repeating – they're a recording. Probably part of the scavenger hunt, but the noise will attract real zombies if you aren't careful. Sam tries to figure out where a zombie attack might take place in the Poshington world and spots an old bus painted red to look like it's from London. You open it up and stop the recording, only to be confronted by a very real zombie that had been attracted by the sound. You bar the bus door, but you'd better warn the players about the danger!
5
You're nearly out, but the zombies are on your tail and Haliyah hasn't managed to deter people. There's a large crowd of people ahead and they don't seem to believe that you're not part of the game. Haliyah reveals that she's Halcyon's writing partner and she latched onto you so she could research some real Brits. You decide to use the zombie recording to lead the zombies away to the defences by the Southern gate.
6
Your plan is working, but you're picking up more than just the original zombies. Sam is excited to meet someone who has written some of his favourite game, but is surprised that Haliyah's name isn't credited. Haliyah says she prefers to be anonymous so she can join in the game and enjoy seeing people discover things. The defence tower is up ahead, but you'll need to put on a burst of speed!
7
New Agadir's defence grid makes short work of the zombies and Haliyah thanks you for your help. You meet up with Halcyon who is glad to see Haliyah safe. The first players are arriving and Halcyon greets them and sends them to collect their prize: the Golden Crumpet! Haliyah is interested in getting tips from you to improve the setting and Sam asks for a sequel to Dog Save the Queen. Haliyah suggests that you play a game together sometime!
