Paloma

You arrive in the small town of Paloma and recon the area with Betty. She tells you her father is General Ross who runs the Los Diablos military base nearby. A doctor is in town who helped after the Gamma Bomb exposure. Bruce joins you and you decide to take a walk.

Betty and Bruce talk about their first date, and how General Ross gave Bruce a job based on his nuclear physics research into clean energy. Bruce has a coughing fit, but you're near the clinic, so get moving.

There's someone already in the clinic, but Dr. Fisher comes to examine you. You hear military police, and Dr. Fisher ushers you out the back of the clinic with Emil Blonksy, the other patient. Move!

Bruce and Emil scuffle, and Bruce insists that Emil is lying. Emil recognises Betty as General Ross's daughter. You all need to get out, so you have to beat the cordon at the east side of town. Get moving!

You reach the car, but there are already blockades in place on the road. Betty tells you and Emil to get down the hill and hide near the road. Wait for their signal.

You hide with Emil, who is trying to anticipate what Betty and Bruce are planning. A soldier approaches, but Betty arrives and distracts them so you can get away.

Betty pulls up near you and tells you to wait until the search moves on and then meet them at the Pit Head. She and Bruce are going to have to deal with her father. Emil wishes you luck but he is heading off alone. Stay away from the lake after dark too. There's rumours about that place.
