1
Loki and Thor theorize about your mysterious effects on magic and why the Valkyrie wants you trained. Loki believes there is more than one spindle – one in each realm working to twist the paths of Yggdrasil and change the cosmic order of the universe.
2
Thor recognizes the keep in the distance. It might be a good place to search for another artifact. A new portal has formed – you need to get off the mountain quickly. Loki creates a portal to move you further away.
3
You arrive, but the mirror has cracked. Thankfully the keep is close by. Thor contacts Heimdall but the Bifrost is still blocked, and Heimdall cannot see the spindles or the person who created them. He warns you to be careful.
4
The First Flame is kept in this keep. You and Loki disrupt the wards, then you dodge the guard patrol and find the chamber of the First Flame. The ley lines have begun to shift here too, but the spindle is elsewhere. Loki believes you should look to the North.
5
The Brimstone Mountains are treacherous, so you won't be able to run as the crow flies. Thor doesn't think this shifting of the ley lines is something Surtur would do, or King Imr. Idunn wouldn't bring such danger to her realm either. Perhaps a villain from Midgard?
6
You feel an earthquake and Loki says the ley line you were following has moved. Heimdall tells you that all of the ley lines have twisted. This needs to be fixed or the World Tree will shatter. Loki makes you invisible to avoid a fire giant patrol.
7
The Fire Giants are trained warriors, so something important must be close by, perhaps a spindle. There's a huge fortress ahead filled with Fire Giant soldiers practicing battle drills. You need to make camp and prepare a plan to infiltrate.
