Savage Land Sprint

The Savage Land is kept warm by geothermal energy, and the X-Men are able to grow Krakoan flowers here to turn into medicines. The wildlife can be a bit dangerous so you want to move before it becomes unfriendly.

You encounter your first dinosaur and Jean lures it away. Something large has driven the larger prey away. You run into Beast, Dr. Hank McCoy, who has been marooned in the Savage Land after the gate was damaged. He's found a Trask beacon which communicates with orbital satellites, and has been able to detect similar devices so you can disable them.

Beast waxes lyrical about the dinosaurs while you search for the beacons. He thinks the frequency must be disturbing the wildlife here. You climb up into the trees to accompany him. But be careful!

Beyond the security gates lie the fields of Krakoan flowers. They are all ripening at once and Beast wants to gather data. Take a lap around the field to collect readouts from the flowers.

The flowers reacted to your presence. There's an explosion followed by the sound of panicked animals, and you're rejoined by the others. Something is burning and you should go investigate.
