I Will Kill Again

Shona sits at the cave entrance waiting for you, bragging about having shot Tom and being the true leader of the island. She mocks you for having thought it was her father. She sees your shadow and shoots, but misses you, driving you back into the caves. She was faster than Tom, she thinks she'll be faster than you, and gives chase.

Shona explains how that first night unfolded for her, having killed Jones' decoy. She says that Ellie's death was the first sacrifice for the Season of the Red, and shows off how much she knows the cave. She hits a stalactite, ensuring you keep going deeper into the caves. She says she has a surprise for you, but you have to keep running straight.

You arrive in the cave where the first King of the Rocks ceremony took place. Shona is on the ledge above you, and tells you the island's secret history of communing with the Red God, taking the fungus as sacrament. The nine skincoats are hiding here, and begin to surround you. She reveals that they can sense your thoughts, that she can sense all thoughts of anyone who has Red in them. You try to run, and Shona warns you that the caves are a labyrinth from hereon. She and the skincoats are on your tail.

You run deeper, and Shona keeps taunting you. She explains that she killed the decoy, and her uncle Callum. That she lured Jones to the island, and smashed Janine's control box after making her even sicker. But she kept you alive because she liked you, and believes you have a destiny. Once you're in the Order, she thinks that together, you can both rid the island of the modern, godless zombies. The Laird's voice breaks into your comms just as your torch goes out. He tells you to follow his voice, and run in whichever direction the signal is strongest because he can get you out.

The Laird tells you he came looking for Shona, and overheard Tom's final moments on his walkie-talkie. He's waiting at the entrance of the cave that Tom died near, and if you follow his voice, you'll get back to him. But the caves are flooding badly, so you must move quickly. Shona realises someone is helping you, and sends her lackeys down from the ledge to follow you.

You finally see daylight, and the Laird says he can see you, but there are skincoats following. Shona realises her dad is helping, and says the Red God has ordered a new King of the Rocks: her. You need to keep running to avoid getting caught before you reach him!

You make it out of the caves, but Shona says they will keep after you. Paula and Janine arrive just in time to drive them back with their guns. Janine is incensed, and vows that she will ensure Tom's death was not in vain. She will stop Shona no matter what it takes.
