You're in Croatia with Zoe and Amelia after receiving a message from Slava. They're worried about what was found in Bolivia. You have five minutes to reach the Golden Gate for your rendezvous.

Slava greets you in a (mostly) friendly manner. She leads you down an alley. You need to get there before 'he' moves.

There are a lot of zombies around and they're following you. Slava wants you to split the zombies up with a McShell!

Slava points out one particular zombie that you're after. She says he was Jakov and was at the Valmont Academy too – he stole the mystery object for Valmont, and the place he stole it from is close by. Jakov's retinal scan will be logged so you need him to get in. She and Zoe will lead the zoms to the Cathedral while you climb high and pick off the other zoms.

You arrive at the Cathedral and begin to thin out the zombie horde.

Slava admits that she called Zoe because she wanted to try being friends for real, and doesn't quite understand why Zoe might have concerns. Amelia wants to focus on the matter at hand – getting zombie Jakov to the retinal scanner.

Slava leads the zombie beneath your perch, and you jump onto him and get his face against the scanner. It doesn't open the nearby door, but the paving slabs slide apart revealing a staircase. Slava reveals that Jakov was the the seventeenth person Valmont sent after this object, and the only one who came back. There are more zombies approaching, and the only way is down.
