Dirty Old Town

The settlement you're at is a logging town, and used to be thriving since their leader disappeared and it was taken over by a gang. But you need to find Felix and this is where he's meant to be. If he's working with the thief he's probably dangerous so be careful!

The house you want is on fire. You spot a man leaning out of the second floor window and rush to help. The man grabs his guitar and then climbs down the pole you hold steady for him. Unfortunately, the people who set the house on fire are waiting. You need to find somewhere safe!

You duck down an alley and Felix thanks you. You give him a spare headset and he explains that the people who set the fire were the Backpack Mafia – tourists who rejected shelter and became raiders. When you mention that you're looking for the person he met with, he suddenly dashes off. After him!

You catch up with Felix heading towards the saw mill. He's being chased by another group, and they have guns. Felix worries that they might hit children so you need to get away from the crowd.

They've got you hemmed in! Your only escape is towards a corral of zombies... for the zombie races, of course. One of your pursuers shoots the lock off the door of the corral and sets the undead loose. Run!

You enter the sawmill and turn on the saws to distract most of the zombies, but you need to keep moving. You should be able to cross the river to escape them. As you leave, you spot a sign which shows the same logo as the one the thief had on their shirt. The river is full of logs – if you jump between them you might be able to get across if you move quickly.

You're nearly across, but the zombies are not faring so well. Neither are the backpackers. You stop Felix from slipping off and make it to shore. On his guitar, you recognise the same symbol from the thief's shirt. Felix says it is his family's unofficial crest – the thief is his brother, but Felix doesn't believe he's capable of what you claim. He won't betray his brother!
